Return Policy

You can return the items you ordered within 14 days. Please send us an email to hello(at)dekleer.ch to request the return before sending the item back to us. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a shipping label by email which you can print and place on your package. Kindly note that shipping charges are not refundable.
